My approach has always been to first adopt, and adapt to, the client’s vision. I will gain an understanding of the client’s wants and needs. I strive to understand the time, physical resources, and people they want to devote to their vision. I want to see the jobsite, the drawings, specs and anything else that helps me to understand what the client wants. I will ask a lot of questions!
I take the time to answer the client’s questions. I love to share how my work experiences accumulated over two decades and serving nearly a thousand clients can help them achieve their goals. I talk about the relevant knowledge I have gained from an incredible variety of projects – totalling in excess of 30 Million sq. ft. I put clients at ease when they realize I have actual construction experience installing a myriad of brands and products. I help clients learn what others have accomplished in similar circumstances.
I will work on the client’s team to make their vision a reality using available resources. Together, we create a tangible plan with detailed specifications and scopes of work that everyone can follow. We create goals with achievable timelines and milestones. We constantly monitor progress, create meaningful reports with clear action steps, and follow through until the project is complete
